An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach works with clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals through lifestyle and behavior changes. Unlike a conventional approach that might focus solely on diet and exercise, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach will take a whole person approach—addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This approach recognizes that imbalances in any area of life can affect overall health.

Over the course of 6 weeks, we will address the pillars of healthy aging: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, toxin exposure, and social connection. This program is customized for each client’s specific needs. You can work on just two or three areas, or all six. Together we will create an action plan to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle. What you do in your 40s and 50s shapes your quality of life for decades to come. Healthy aging is well within your control, regardless of your genes and it’s never too late to start.
3 Month Holistic Health Transformation
A guided journey to sustainable wellness through comprehensive lifestyle shifts
